1. Description of the form (red button) with your personal data;
2. You pay a fee for participating in the method that is convenient for you, described in the decree;
2.1. You download and print the "statement of good physical health" and fill it out manually;
2.2. You make your insurance "Athlete's accident" in your chosen insurance company;
3. On race day, you only bring us a completed and signed" Declaration of good physical health" and we provide you with the race number.
